HUGS! :)
We can eat most low salt/sodium soups that are free of any kind of mammal (beef/pork/lamb/rabbit)
We eat turkey based meats, such as ground turkey, turkey ham, turkey sausage (with vegetable casing, not mammal), turkey franks
Potatoes, any kind of pasta as long as it contains no food colorings, same with rice and beans.
Almost any seafood fresh or canned if low sodium.
Prepackaged foods must always be mammal and dye free (yellow #5),The only one who can high sodium in our house is Amy so we stick withlow sodium if possible.
We can eat ramen noodles. Chicken flavors only (amy can eat any kind and prefers the shrimp and lime)
Rice cakes, crackers, popcorn (all salt/dye/mammal) free
Canned fruits in light syrup or water, dehydrated fruits, of course any fresh fruit.
Eggs we must be careful with as most commercial eggs have yellowdye. It's fed to the chickens to improve the color of the yolks in lowgrade eggs. We usually stick with free range/cage free or organic eggs.
Low salt/sugar peanut butter and both Amy and My son can eat any kind of jelly.
Any cooked cereal, we prefer oatmeal, cream of wheat and if you arein the south we eat grits too. My son can eat most dry cereal though wecan't keep milk for him we can use powdered milk.
We can eat waffle/pancake mixes that do not have yellow food coloring, mammal fats or buttermilk.
We can eat most breads that are dye free and low sodium..forgot to mention that so this is an edit.
I think that is about all I can think of for now :)
